Questions about submission dates

  • Can I edit my details at a later stage?

    Yes, as long as you haven’t clicked “Submit”, you can edit all the information in your entry at any time. Simply go to your dashboard and select “Edit”.

    Editing after submission:
    Even after submission, changes can still be made within the communicated deadlines for the respective award or competition. Please email our service address, describe the changes you would like to make, and include the relevant information.

  • What should the description text include? What is it for?

    The description plays a key role: It helps the jury gain a quick initial overview and – depending on the award or competition – may also be used in publications if your entry is recognised (e.g. Winner Gallery, Winner Clips or at social media).

    Describe your submitted project or product clearly and concisely. Summarise the key information, distinctive features, and highlights so that readers immediately understand what sets it apart.

  • Can I change the category/categories after submitting my entry?

    Yes, this is possible. Please contact us via the relevant award or competition email address so that we can make the adjustment for you.

  • How can I add another contributor?

    It isn’t possible to add another main submitter, as the submitter is the person who registers the project or product in the system. However, you can include additional people or companies involved during the submission process – they will then be listed in the project or product “Credits.”
